Please read our returns policy below carefully before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted for 21 days from the date of purchase on items that are still in brand new, unopened, un-damaged, re-sellable condition. Some exclusions apply (read further below).

Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.  The actual cost of shipping paid by USA Pest Supply will be deducted from all returned orders, regardless of whether shipping was charged to the customer or waived (free shipping) at the time of sale. All returned orders are also subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price.

In the event an item is returned that is not in re-sellable condition, the customer will be notified and the item can be returned to the customer at their own expense. 

Items designated final sale cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of our store.  Oversized items are not subject to return. Examples include PPE such as disposable gloves, coverall protective suits, mattress covers, and 16 lb or larger buckets of rodent bait.
